Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake

So it's been getting hot outside and for me, this would have meant a trip to Dairy Queen for a medium Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard: a drink that combines vanilla ice cream and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups for a whopping 100g of net carbs, including 88g of sugar (YIKES!!!!!!!!). Since I love remaking comfort foods in ways that are better for you, I knew that I'd need to make some sort of milkshake. This thing was creamy, chocolatey, and by using crunchy peanut butter, it also had little bits of goodness! This drink is perfect for summer and you won't even know that you're eating a low-carb option (this is ~8g net carbs per 16oz serving). I also included an optional ingredient for those looking to make this "adults-only". Enjoy!

Ingredients

(Makes 2 - 16oz drinks or 4 - 8oz drinks)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth (less than 1 minute).
