2 – 4-6 oz grass-fed sirloin steaks (I got mine delivered to my door here)
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Make the marinade by mixing all ingredients in a bowl. Add steaks to the bowl and allow to marinate for 2 – 8 hours. After marinating, I dried the steaks; seasoned them lightly with salt, pepper and an additional 1 tbsp of the spice mix; and seared them for 3 minutes per side. I paired this with Spanish Cauliflower Rice.
