Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Mix the dry ingredients and set aside
Mix the wet ingredients
Fold in dry ingredients using a spatula
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Put chocolate and butter in a small microwave safe bowl
Microwave the chocolate and butter on medium for 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat for 1-2 more times until the chocolate and butter are fully incorporated.
Add the powdered erythritol and orange extract
Stir and drizzle over the muffins
Allow 5 minutes for the chocolate to set
