Buttermilk Powder: you should omit this for Whole30 and it is overall completely optional. It adds a creamy taste to the spice mix and I personally prefer it when I want a closer copycat to the buttermilk ranch seasoning mixtures that you can find in most grocers.The recipe without buttermilk powder makes 4 tbsp and is about 1g net carbs per serving. The recipe with buttermilk powder makes 8 tbsp and is about 3g net carbs per serving. 1 ounce is 2 tbsp of the spice mix.
