Add cream cheese, ginger lime mix, eggs, Swerve and vanilla extract to a stand mixer. Blend until smooth
Divide the cheesecake mix between the wrap quarters
Roll the wraps (as shown in the video below)
Top the roll-ups with melted butter and Keto Cinnamon Sugar
Bake for 18-22 minutes
Allow them to cool before storing in the refrigerator or you can eat them straight out of the oven Optional: Top with additional Keto Cinnamon Sugar. Also, when you are ready to eat these (we had some straight out the oven and the next day), drizzle warm Brown Butter Salted Caramel on top.
