Shrimp
raw, peeled and deveined with the tail on. I use 16-20 or 13-15 uncooked shrimp

Butter

Shallots
about 1 large shallot

Garlic
minced, about 2-3 tbsp of the minced garlic you can get in a jar

juiced, or about 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
Add the shallots and garlic to the skillet. Saute for 2-3 minutes until the shallots are translucent.
Stir in the lemon juice, bouillon paste, sweetener, paprika, and old bay seasoning to form a sauce.
Add the shrimp in a flat layer to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side to cook the shrimp through.
