Ground Beef Taco Meat

Yellow Onion

Homemade Taco Seasoning

coconut oil or other fat for cooking

drained (about ½ cup sliced black olives)

Instructions
For the Ground Beef:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet to medium heat.
Add the sliced onions and saute until translucent (~3 minutes).
Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until brown.
Add the taco seasoning and mix to combine. Taste the meat. Decide if you'd like more taco seasoning and set aside.
For the Dip:
Add the cooked ground meat to the bottom of a baking or serving dish (preferably glass so that the layers are visible).
Add the layers on top in the order that they are listed.
Top with cilantro and serve with sliced vegetables like cucumbers and bell peppers and pork rinds.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days, covered in plastic wrap or transferred to an airtight container.
