Sprinkle on the wings and use tongs to mix to coat.
Cover and slow cook on high for 2 hours.
Preheat the broiler on high for 15 minutes.
Remove the wings from the crockpot and add to a broiler-safe baking sheet with a rack in a single layer. If you don’t have a rack, no worries. I add the wings with the most browned side up and flip them halfway through
Broil for 5 minutes on high to char the wings and crisp the skin.
Notes
No extra oil or chicken broth is needed since the fat from the wings will keep them tender as they slow cook.
Broil the wings for crispy skin you can flip them halfway through to get even browning on both sides. For best results, preheat your broiler.
