chicken quarters
raw (about 3 chicken leg quarters - these have the drumstick and thigh attached)

BBQ Seasoning

BBQ Sauce
your favorite bbq sauce works - choose a low carb or keto option to keep carbs low
Instructions
Add the chicken leg quarters to the crockpot.
Sprinkle with the bbq seasoning and use tongs to mix to coat.
Add ⅓ cup bbq sauce and toss the chicken leg quarters to coat.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Remove the chicken leg quarters from the crockpot and add to a foil-lined broiler-safe baking sheet (skin-side up). Brush with ⅓ cup BBQ sauce.
Broil for 3-5 minutes on high to char the chicken legs and crisp the skin. It’s ok to have some “burnt”/charred parts.
Brush with more sauce before serving.
