Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Bites
Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Bites are the perfect air fryer chicken appetizer. Juicy chicken bites tossed in a 2 ingredient buffalo sauce. Serve with my homemade blue cheese dressing as a dip or use as part of meal prep.

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer
to 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
Mix the spices
together in a small bowl. This will help you season the chicken bites evenly.
Toss the chicken in the spices and oil:
Add the chicken breasts to a large mixing bowl with the mixed spices and oil. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
Place the seasoned chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400 degrees
for 8-10 minutes.
Mix the buffalo sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Add the cooked chicken to a bowl. Pour on the buffalo sauce.
Toss the cooked chicken in sauce
. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes and serve. Leftover sauce can be served with the chicken in a dipping cup
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the basket: cook in batches if needed for even browning.
Toss with sauce while the chicken is hot so it clings evenly.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
