Make air fryer roasted chicken wings with browned, crisp skin and juicy meat. This easy recipe gives you a roasted finish that’s crisper than baked without breading.
Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Add the chicken to a large bowl or Ziploc bag
Add the herb spice, sea salt, and oil to the bowl with the chicken. Then, evenly coat it with the seasoning and oil
Add the chicken legs to the air fryer cooking basket.
Air Crisp the chicken legs at 400 degrees for 12-13 minutes per side.
Notes
Dry the wings: Pat them well before seasoning to help the skin brown and crisp.
Give them room: Arrange the wings in a single layer and cook in batches if needed.
Flip halfway: Cook for 24–30 minutes at 400°F, flipping halfway and checking smaller pieces first.
Seasoning options: Replace the herb seasoning and sea salt with my Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning or Poultry Seasoning. Both already contain salt, so omit the additional sea salt in this recipe.
