Spaghetti Squash
cut in half lengthwise. I prefer to have one big enough so that two pieces can sit side-by-side in the black air fryer basket.

Avocado oil
divided evenly between the two halves

Natural Ancient Sea Salt
divided evenly between the two halves

24 Herbs Sprinkle Seasoning (Salt-free)
divided evenly between the two halves

Parmesan Cheese
refrigerated, grated, divided evenly between the two halves
Instructions
Drizzle the avocado oil, sea salt, and herb sprinkle seasoning on top of the squash.
Add both pieces (so that they are open side up) to the air fryer basket.
Air Crisp on 400 degrees for 20-22 minutes, or until tender.
Top with parmesan cheese. Use a fork to scrape some of the “noodles” free.
