Ingredients
½
cup
Cold Brew
chilled
1
cup
Milk
I used almond milk, but the milk of your choice works.
½
tsp
Caramel Extract
or vanilla extract, optional
2
tbsp
Granular Sweetener
1
cup
Ice
optional, you can swap this for chilled cold brew and milk. I tend to do chilled coffee and ice since mine doesn't last long!
Instructions
Add the cold brew, sweetener, and vanilla or caramel extract, if using, to a tall glass or shaker cup.
Stir, whisk, or froth until the sweetener is incorporated.
Add ice, if using.
Pour in the milk and stir to combine. Adjust the coffee, milk, or sweetness to taste.

Notes
Cold brew:
Use ready-to-drink cold brew or adjust a concentrate according to the package directions.
Milk:
Dairy milk, almond milk, oat milk, and other milk alternatives all work.
Sweetener:
Adjust the amount to your preference or leave it out completely.
Flavoring:
Vanilla and caramel extract are optional.
Keep it cold:
Chill the coffee and milk before mixing so the ice doesn't dilute the latte as quickly.
Adjust the ratio:
The recipe starts with 1 part cold brew to 2 parts milk. Add more cold brew for a stronger latte.
