Lemon Garlic Aioli
This lemon garlic aioli is a creamy mayo-based sauce made with roasted garlic, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Use it as a dip, spread, or finishing sauce for seafood, burgers, roasted vegetables, chicken, and steak.

I roast mine in the air fryer, about 1 head of garlic

Instructions
Add the ingredients to a food processor or blender cup
Mix until well incorporated and there are minimal chunks of garlic
Top with more salt and pepper (if desired) and fresh herbs like chives

Use a mayo you like
: Mayo is the base of the sauce, so choose one you already enjoy.
Roast the garlic first
: Roasted garlic gives the aioli a smoother, mellow garlic flavor instead of a sharp bite.
Use fresh lemon juice
: Fresh lemon keeps the sauce bright and balanced.
