1/2cupheavy creamadd 1/4 cup at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
Instructions
Roast the Cauliflower & Garlic
Add the cauliflower florets to a large bowl.
Drizzle the cauliflower with the olive oil, herb seasoning, sea salt and black pepper.
Roast them in the your air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Add the garlic to the air fryer and roast for an additional 5 minutes.
Make Cauliflower Mash
Add the roasted cauliflower and garlic as well as remaining ingredients to a blender
Blend until incorporated and creamy
Notes
Roast instead of boil: This is one of the biggest flavor upgrades in the whole recipe. Roasting helps keep the mash from tasting watery and gives it a richer flavor.
Blend while it’s warm: Warm cauliflower blends more smoothly.
Start with less cream: You can always add more if you want to loosen it up.
Don’t crowd the air fryer basket or sheet pan: If the cauliflower is packed in too tightly, it will steam instead of roast.
Use softened cream cheese: It blends in more easily and helps keep the mash smooth.
