Instructions
- Cut the smoked sausage into your preferred bite-sized pieces (I used 2-in pieces)
- Add the smoked sausage pieces to your air fryer basket in a single layer
- Spray the smoked sausage with oil
- Air fry the smoked sausage and 400 degrees for 10 minutes (flip at the halfway point)
Notes
- Slice evenly: Cut the smoked sausage into even rounds so they cook and brown at the same rate.
- Don’t overcrowd: Arrange in a single layer with space between pieces for the best caramelized edges. Cook in batches if needed.
- No oil needed: Most smoked sausage has enough fat to crisp on its own in the air fryer.
- Adjust cook time by thickness: Thicker slices or whole links will need a few extra minutes.
