Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a small mixing bowl
Whisk until all of the ingredients are incorporated
Store in a glass jar or other airtight container
Notes
This recipe is spicy:
It uses a 1:1 mayo-to-sriracha ratio.
Make it milder:
Start with 2 tablespoons of sriracha, then add more after tasting.
Use lemon juice for balance:
It helps cut the richness of the mayo.
Try another spicy sauce:
Truffle hot sauce, chili garlic sauce, sambal oelek, chipotle hot sauce, or gochujang can work in place of sriracha.
Use chili crisp for texture:
Stir it in if you want crunchy chili bits and extra savory flavor.
Thin for drizzling:
Add a tiny splash of water for bowls, fries, salmon, shrimp, or chicken.
