Instructions
Mix the spices together in a small bowl.
Preheat your air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken thighs to a large mixing bowl with the spices and oil. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
Place the chicken thighs in a single layer on the air fryer basket.
Air fry 400 for 20 min.
Mix the sauce ingredients.
Toss the cooked chicken in sauce and serve. Leftover sauce can be served with the chicken in a dipping cup.
Notes
Preheat your air fryer to help get a sear on the meat without overcooking it.
Chicken thighs are forgiving so it’s ok to cook them for an additional 2-3 minutes to the cook time to get a crisper finish.
Slice and dice the chicken thinly if you use it in tacos or salads.
Add ghost pepper seasoning or use extra spicy sauce for extra heat.
Any hot sauce will work.
