Make Air Fryer Frozen Brussels Sprouts straight from the freezer with oil, salt, and pepper. This easy side dish turns out tender with browned edges in about 15 minutes.
Add the frozen Brussels sprouts, oil, salt, and pepper to a bowl and toss to combine.
Place the Brussels sprouts in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry on 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Flip and continue air frying at 400 degrees for 3-7 more minutes.
Notes
Cook from frozen: Do not thaw the Brussels sprouts first because they can get too soft.
Toss for better browning: Tossing during cooking helps the sprouts brown on more than one side.
Adjust the cook time: Start checking around 13 minutes, then cook longer if the centers need more time.
Expect tender centers: Frozen Brussels sprouts will not get as crisp as fresh ones. If you are starting with fresh sprouts or want crispier edges, use my Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts recipe instead.
