These air fryer turkey wings are seasoned, crispy on the outside, and juicy inside. This easy recipe is perfect for Sunday dinner, small holiday meals, or anytime you want flavorful turkey with less effort.
Add the wings to a bowl with the spices and 2 tablespoons of the olive oil. Use tongs to toss until well coated.
Put the wings in the air fryer cooking basket.
Air fry at 350F for 15 minutes.
Flip the turkey wings and drizzle them with the remaining tablespoon of oil.
Air fry for another 10-15 minutes, or until the turkey reaches 160F.
Allow the wings to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Split the wings: Turkey wings cook best when separated into flats and drums. They fit better in the air fryer and cook more evenly.
Do not overcrowd the basket: Leave space between each piece so the skin can crisp. Cook in batches if needed.
Use a thermometer: Turkey wings vary in size, so check the thickest part of the meat without touching the bone.
Pull at 160°F: I remove the wings from the air fryer around 160°F, then let them rest. The temperature continues to rise as they sit, which helps keep the meat juicy.
Poultry seasoning swap: For a more classic turkey flavor, use my homemade Poultry Seasoning. If you made the salted version, use it in place of all the spices and salt listed here. If you made the salt-free version, use it in place of the spices, but keep the sea salt in this recipe.
Reheat in the air fryer: The air fryer is the best way to warm leftovers and help the skin crisp again.
