Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Use the "smoothie" setting or blend until smooth.
Notes
Sweetener:
Start with 2 tablespoons, then add more to taste.
Frozen berries work best
for a thick, frosty smoothie.
Fresh berries:
Use a little more ice or less coconut milk as needed.
Too thick:
Add a small splash of coconut milk and blend again.
Collagen:
Unflavored collagen works too. Add vanilla extract to taste if needed.
