Instructions
Make the blueberry tea:
Add the tea bags to 4 cups of boiling water. Steep for 5–8 minutes, or according to the tea package directions.
Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool for about 15 minutes.
Make lemonade:
In a large pitcher, stir together the cold water, lemon juice, and 1 cup of sweetener until the sweetener dissolves.
Add the cooled tea and sliced lemon to the pitcher. Stir well.
Taste and add up to ½ cup more sweetener, if needed.
Chill in the refrigerator until cold, or serve right away over ice.

Any blueberry tea works:
I tested Bigelow Wild Blueberry with Acai, but use your favorite blueberry tea bags.
Herbal tea is caffeine-free:
Use black or green blueberry tea for a stronger iced tea flavor.
Don’t over-steep:
Follow the tea package directions so the tea doesn’t taste bitter.
Sweeten after mixing:
Start with 1 cup, then add more only if needed.
Cool the tea first:
Very hot tea will melt the ice and water down the drink.
Add ice when serving:
For make-ahead, chill without ice and pour over ice later.
Frozen blueberries help:
They keep the drink cold and add light berry flavor as they thaw.
