Instructions
Add the ingredients to a jar or blender.
Mix or blend to incorporate, then let it sit in the fridge overnight.
Optional: Top with
sugar free whipped cream
and chocolate syrup or shavings.
Notes
Mix well:
Whisk until no dry cocoa powder remains.
Stir twice:
Stir again as the chia seeds start to thicken to prevent clumps.
Adjust the texture:
Add a splash of almond milk if the pudding gets too thick.
For smooth pudding:
Blend the mixture before chilling.
Sweeten to taste:
