Instructions
Add the peanut butter and white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the mixture for 45 seconds.
Mix the peanut butter and white chocolate chips with a rubber spatula. Fold in the nuts and shredded coconut.
Add the mixture to a parchment-lined tray or plate (choose a size that will fit in your refrigerator or freezer).
Freeze for 15 minutes or Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut with a sharp knife or dough cutter.
