Lemon Pepper Wings
These lemon pepper chicken wings are super crispy on the outside, but moist and tender on the inside. They're so easy to make, and packed with lemony flavor.

Instructions
For the Oven Bakeed Wings:
Preheat the oven to 425F.
Remove the chicken wings from the refrigerator and pat dry (removing as much moisture as possible helps make the skin crispy).
Mix the black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and baking powder in a small dish or ramekin.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture on the wings and toss to coaot.
Place the wings on a parchment-paper lined baking sheet or a baking sheet with a cooling rack.
Cook the wings in the oven for 20-25 minutes per side.
For the Sauce:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
Toss the wings in the sauce and serve immediately.
