Instructions
Add the almond milk, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, sweetener and pumpkin purée to a cup or blender.
Use a hand blender or regular blender to incorporate - usually takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Add the cold brew coffee and ice to a tall glass cup.
Pour the pumpkin cream into the cold brew.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness:
Add more or less sweetener to taste.
Prevent dilution:
Use frozen cold brew cubes instead of regular ice to keep the coffee from getting watered down.
Make it creamier:
Replace some of the milk with heavy cream, coconut cream, or coffee creamer.
Re-mix before serving:
Stir, shake, or froth the pumpkin mixture again after refrigerating since the pumpkin and spices can settle.
For stronger coffee:
Use a stronger cold brew or slightly reduce the amount of milk.
