Featuring real pumpkin puree, this drink is the perfect keto pumpkin spice latte alternative for iced coffee lovers. Enjoy this drink as is or with some of my other pumpkin recipes. Ready in less than 5 minutes.

Why Make This
- Cold Brew Latte for Fall: Pumpkin Spice Lattes are perfect for fall, but they’re often served hot. If you’re like me and are a fan of iced coffee, this Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew Latte is a great option
- Real pumpkin & simple ingredients: skip the pumpkin flavoring and use real pumpkin to make this copycat drink at home.
Ingredients Needed
- Unsweetened Almond Milk: I’m using dairy-free milk since this is what I prefer, but you can use regular milk or any milk alternative that you wish.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Vanilla Extract
- Sweetener: to keep carbs low, I use an all-natural sugar substitute. But, any sweetener that you enjoy will work with this drink
- Pumpkin Puree: I purchase this canned. It is unsweetened. This drink was not tested to with pumpkin pie filling.
- Cold Brew: you can use your favorite cold brew. I buy mine since that’s convenient and includes coffee as well as espresso, but you can also make it at home.
- Ice

How to Make Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew
- Add the almond milk, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, sweetener and pumpkin purée to a cup or blender
- Use a hand blender or regular blender to incorporate. This usually takes about 30 seconds
- Add the cold brew coffee and ice to a tall glass cup
- Pour the pumpkin cream into the cold brew

Top Tips & FAQs
- Add sweetener to taste: you can add as much sweetener that you wish. Feel free to adjust my recommended amount for your tastes
- Skip the ice if you’re not drinking it right away: ice dilutes your drink as it melts. So, if you don’t plan to drink this right away reduce or skip the ice.
- Make cold brew ice cubes: another way to keep the drink cold, but full of coffee flavor is to use cold brew ice cubes instead of regular ice. To make these, simply pour your cold brew in ice trays and freeze.
This depends on preferences. But, some core ingredients are pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice seasoning, cold brew, sweetener and milk.
This largely depends on the sweetener used and whether you add things like pumpkin pie filling instead of unsweetened pumpkin puree. This drink has about 60 calories and 3g net carbs.
This recipe uses about 1/2 cup. However, you can add more coffee flavor by adding more if you wish.
Yes. I enjoy this drink sweet, but you can sweeten it to taste.
