Salmon Seasoning
This salmon seasoning is a bright, savory spice blend made with smoked paprika, garlic, herbs, citrusy lemon peel, and a touch of Old Bay for coastal flavor. It’s easy to mix with pantry spices and perfect for baked, air fryer, grilled, or pan-seared salmon. Keep a jar on hand to quickly add bold flavor to salmon and other seafood.

- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1.5 tsp dried dill
- 2 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Natural Ancient Sea Salt fine
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon Peel dried
- ½ tsp Ground Dry Mustard

Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to an airtight container
- Mix the spices until incorporated
- Store for up to 6 months
Notes
- Pat the salmon dry: This helps the seasoning stick better and can improve browning.
- Brush with oil or melted butter: A light coating helps the seasoning spread evenly over the fish.
- Season the fish evenly: Sprinkle the seasoning over the top and sides of the salmon.
- Cook using your preferred method: This blend works well for baked, grilled, skillet, or air fryer salmon.
- Start with 1 to 1½ tablespoons per pound of salmon: This gives the fish plenty of flavor without overpowering it.
