Roasted Garlic Butter
This creamy Roasted Garlic Butter is rich, flavorful, and unbelievably easy to make. Roast the garlic quickly in the air fryer, then whip it with a few simple ingredients for a smooth, spreadable butter. Perfect for steak, bread, pasta, sauces, and anything that needs a boost of garlicky goodness.

- ½ cup butter softened and salted
- 10 cloves Roasted garlic I use my air fryer garlic bulb recipe
- ½ tsp 24 herb sprinkle seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- 2 tbsp milk optional
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl.
- Use a hand-mixer to incorporate. Blend until smooth.
- Serve the whipped butter in a bowl.
Notes
- Use can roast the garlic ahead of time in the air fryer or oven.
- Don’t have a hand mixer - you can add the roasted garlic to a garlic press then mix.
- Use this on steak, bread or as a garlicky replacement for any savory recipe calling for butter.
