A chocolate nut cluster is a classic candy craving go-to. But what about when you are reducing or eliminating refined sugar or don’t want to run to the store? I’ve got the perfect Sugar-free White Chocolate Nut Cluster recipe for you that also happens to be keto-friendly and low-carb. It comes together easily with sugar-free chocolate chips and other pantry ingredients.

Why Make Sugar-free White Chocolate Peanut Butter Nut Clusters

I chose a white chocolate chip as the base in this recipe. I love the taste of white chocolate with peanuts and peanut butter (think Reese’s White Peanut Butter Cups). This sugar-free white chocolate nut clusters recipe was my way to have the flavors of one of my favorite candy without sugar and guilt.

In fact, each serving has zero added sugar and 2g net carbs compared to the 10g of sugar and 11g net carbs found in each Reese’s White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup.

Peanuts, Mixed Nuts & Other Options

If you are putting together a grocery list and want to make these, then do add salted peanuts to it. I think the classic salty-sweet combo is the best snack. It lets you get in your salt and sweet cravings all at once!

You can also grab mixed nuts or create your own mix from whatever nuts you keep on hand. Some of my favorite nuts to include in this are:

  • macadamia nuts
  • pecans
  • peanuts

Keeping Keto Chocolate Nut Clusters Sugar-Free

Make sure you check the ingredient list of any chocolate chips you pick up. There will definitely be sugar-free brands that rely on chemical sweeteners or sugar alcohols so just be aware of that. My preferred brand is ChocZero!

For this recipe, I grabbed sugar-free white chocolate, but they also make milk and dark. I do recommend using chocolate chips though. This way they are already a nice even size. The size makes it super easy to melt them without burning them in the microwave.

Peanut Butter Substitutes

Whether due to allergies, preference, or grocery budget, feel free to substitute the peanut butter in this recipe for your favorite keto nut butter (explore that post for a few of my favorite options). As always, just be sure to check your labels to be sure that it doesn’t have added sugar.

Don’t want nut butter? No worries! You can also leave it out in a pinch for some simple chocolate-covered nuts. You really can’t go wrong.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Sugar-free White Chocolate Chips, use DRDAVINAHS for 10% off!
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, salted
  • 1 cup Mixed Nuts, I used 1/3 cup macadamia nuts, pecans, and peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Shredded Unsweetened Coconut, optional
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, optional

Instructions

  • Add the peanut butter and white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the mixture for 45 seconds.
  • Mix the peanut butter and white chocolate chips with a rubber spatula. Fold in the nuts and shredded coconut.
  • Add the mixture to a parchment-lined tray or plate (choose a size that will fit in your refrigerator or freezer).
  • Freeze for 15 minutes or Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Cut with a sharp knife or dough cutter.
