What are keto recipes?
If you're new to the keto lifestyle, take a moment to review my, What is Keto introductory guide! It will give you more details about keto as well as a few easy dishes that you might start making.
Generally, though, keto recipes are recipes that help one stay in ketosis. While everyone is different and might respond to foods differently, you'll notice a few things about all recipes that people say are keto-friendly.
Some common things to look for:
- Does not include added sugar
- Free of grains, such as rice and oats
- Low in net carbs (most keto-friendly meals have 10g net carbs or fewer)
