  • 1 ½ lbs Chicken Thighs, boneless skinless, about 5–6 thighs
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Natural Ancient Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika

Lemon Garlic Butter

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Lemon, you will use the juice (about 2 tbsp) and the zest (about 1 tsp)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped, optional garnish

Instructions

  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • Season the chicken: In a bowl toss the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • Arrange chicken thighs in a single layer in the basket.
  • Air fry 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through
  • While the chicken cooks, make the lemon garlic butter: melt butter in a small pan over medium heat (1 minute).
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest (30 seconds).
  • Spoon the lemon garlic butter over the cooked chicken and garnish with parsley.
