Ingredients

  • 1.25 lbs Chicken Tenders, chicken breast tenderloins, or chicken breasts cut into strips, remove the tendons (0:26-1:10 for a video tutorial)
  • 1/4 tsp Natural Ancient Sea Salt, optional
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil

Buffalo Sauce

  • 1/3 cup Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Instructions

  • Mix the spices together in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and remove the tendons.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400℉ for 5 minutes.
  • Season the chicken: Add the chicken breast tenderloins to a large mixing bowl with the spices and oil. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Place the seasoned chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 400℉ for 10-12 minutes to cook them through.
  • Make the buffalo sauce: Melt the butter and mix it with the hot sauce to make the buffalo sauce.
  • Add the cooked chicken to a bowl and pour on the sauce.
  • Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce & allow it to rest for 5 minutes. Then, serve. Leftover sauce can be served with the chicken in a dipping cup.
