After a round of Whole30, I was blown away by how energized I felt and how great I looked after cutting things like sugar and dairy. So, I always keep Whole30 compliant dishes in my meal rotation.
Some of my favorites are: Pressure Cooker Whole Chicken (that can also be made in an air fryer), Ninja Foodi Pot Roast, and my easy Keto Shrimp Scampi (where you substitute butter for ghee).
