Before finding keto and low-carb, my husband and I did a round of Whole30. I'll be the first to admit that it was pretty challenging, but one of the great benefits of it was that it opened my eyes to the impact of food on my body. Specifically, despite not having sugar (something that we're often told gives us energy), I had tons of energy and felt great. Plus, my skin looked clearer and some of my issues with allergies were minimized or non-existent.
With that in mind, I still love to make Whole30 recipes. They are perfect for those who are gluten-free, dairy-free and those who just want to eat flavorfully and simply.
In this collection, you'll find things like my Pressure Cooker Whole Chicken (that can also be made in an air fryer), Ninja Foodi Pot Roast, and my easy Keto Shrimp Scampi (where you substitute butter for ghee).
