Sometimes you can even add your veggies right in for a true one-pot meal. To ensure your meat is cooked through and not overdone and dry, you’ll want to pick up a meat thermometer.

Can I eat as much meat as I want on keto?

You should consult your doctor or nutritionist to determine how much meat you should have each day. Some people following a carnivore lifestyle mostly eat meat and are almost completely carb-free. I haven’t tried this personally.
