FAQs

Can you eat puff pastry on keto diet?

Puff pastry isn’t a great option for keto dieters. It uses regular wheat flour, and a single serving has 13g of carbs, so you may want to skip it. 

How many carbs are in almond flour pie crust?

It depends on the recipe, but most with just 3 ingredients have 0-1g of carbs.

Is Diamond pecan pie crust keto friendly?

With its 8g of net carbs per serving, it would be better for a low-carb diet and not keto. Use pecan flour and 0-carb sweetener for your keto pie.
