No-bake desserts are perfect for people who aren’t confident in the chemistry of baking, want to make something quickly, and those who don’t want to heat up the house with the oven. This list includes plenty of easy, No-Bake Keto dessert recipes for those that want the benefits of desserts without baking, but also those who want to cure a sweet tooth minus refined sugar. You’ll feel good about indulging in these treats whether it’s a late-night snack or dessert to share with friends.

Common Ingredients in No-Bake Keto Desserts

You’ll see coconut oil as a common ingredient in several of these recipes. When chilled, the coconut oil is solid so it helps desserts hold together well, such as common fat bomb recipes.

Many high-fat ingredients are used, such as nuts. These also offer a grain-free and gluten-free option when you want crusts or crunch.

To add body to no-bake desserts, you’ll see cream cheese, chocolate, and peanut butter. These will allow you to shape or cut up dessert and have it hold its shape.

Finally, keto-friendly powdered or granular sweeteners help add that sweet touch without refined sugar.
