Pumpkin Spice Everything season is all the rage – and it seems like it keeps coming earlier and earlier each year. These low-carb and keto pumpkin recipes are perfect for warmer weather and fall.

Whether you want individual servings to keep you on track or a larger dessert to share, you’ll find it here. I made sure to include several savory options too.

Some Benefits of Pumpkin:

Pumpkin is packed full of vitamins and nutrients. I personally love it because it is full of antioxidants and fiber.

Besides the nutrients, one entire cup of cooked pumpkin contains just 6g of net carbs. And, since a little goes a long way, I find it to be a good low-carb substitute for things like sweet potatoes.

Lastly, when you pair it with warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, it tastes like Fall and Thanksgiving, my favorite season and holiday.

Pumpkin has a lot of health benefits so many people, including me, incorporate it into a keto and low-carb diet. Pumpkin also has a lot of fiber and a little goes a long way in terms of flavor so foods with pumpkin usually have less than 4g net carbs per serving.

Is pumpkin high in carbs?

A cup of canned pumpkin has about 12g net carbs.

Is canned pumpkin low carb?

Unsweetened canned pumpkin is low in carbs. Canned pumpkin pie filling includes sugar (and sometimes high fructose corn syrup) and is not low in carbs.
